CONSTITUTION:Terminal equipments A1-A3 are connected to a time division multiplexing device and terminal equipments B1-B3 are connected to a time division multiplexing device 2. A position designation section 33 is a part documentating what order of time slot in one frame the slot is to be used and a numerical part 34 states whether or not plural time slot numbers are used from the time slot location documented by the position designation part 3. Moreover, a data part 35 consists of plural time slots 37 and how to use the time slot 37 is decided by frame control information 36. Thus, plural time slots in one frame are assigned to a prescribed device. Thus, the data transmission quantity is increased.
