Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve cut-off ability, by providing a coil spring for energization which is adapted to increase an adhesion contact force between a flat stationary valve body having an opening part and a moving valve body. CONSTITUTION:Stationary and moving valve bodies 18 and 19 made of ceramic are situated in an adhesion contact manner in a valve casing 17 having a fluid inlet 15 and a fluid outlet 16. The surroundings of the stationary valve body 18 is sealed by means of an O-ring 20, and is energized through the medium of a locking metal 21 through the force of a coil spring 22 for adhesion contact. The coil spring 22 is easy to set a size and a spring constant. Since the degree of freedom with which a free length and a set length are set is high, by setting the coil spring in a state to enoughly contract it, an error in size and a change in size of a valve part due to use for a long time are absorbed, and energization can be maintained by means of a specified energizing force.
