Abstract
PURPOSE: To make it possible to carry out a continuous operation for a long time and a homogeneous pouring and foaming, by forming a plurality of extruding holes facing to a base material at an apex part of a mixing chamber where a foamable synthetic resin dope is fed and mixed and set the mixing chamber so as to be capable of vibrating in the width direction.
CONSTITUTION: A connecting rod 23 is fixed with a pin 24 on the upper end part of a motor 14 and another end of the connecting rod 23 is fixed with a pin 24 on a disc cam 26 of a motor 25 for vibration set on a supporting stage 21. Therefore, when the motor 25 for vibration is driven, the upper end part of the motor 14 is reciprocally moved by means of the disc cam 26 and the connecting rod 23 to vibrate a mixer 11, the motor 14, an intermediate shaft 15 and the whole nozzle 16 centering around a supporting shaft 20 of a supporting frame 19 and also to vibrate two extruding nozzles 17. As two extruding nozzles 17 are formed by fixing the nozzle 16 on the lower part of the apex of the mixing chamber 12 like this, when a foamable synthetic resin dope is fed in the mixing chamber 12 from two nozzle 18 for feeding a raw material and stirred and mixed, it is extruded from the extruding nozzles through a nozzle 16 in a short distance.
