Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain excellent heat resistance, electric insulating characteristics, dielectric properties, punching processability and chemical resistance, by controlling the weight ratio of a liquid resin to an impregnated base material in a specific range at the time when a film-like or a sheet-like coating substance is laminated on a laminating material of the liquid resin impregnated base material.
CONSTITUTION: A heat-setting liquid resin which hardly produce gaseous or liquid reaction by-products in the process of the curing reaction and is liquid at room temp. is adhered on a plurality of sheet-like base materials by impregnating them separately and in advance with the liquid resin in more excess amt. than a desired specific amt. and after controlling individually the impregnated amt. of the liquid resin in said liquid resin impregnated base material, continuous lamination is carried out. At the same time, when or after lamination is performed, film-like or sheet-like coating substances are laminated on the both face and continuous curing is done under no-pressure condition. Thereby, the amt. of the liquid resin contained in the liquid resin impregnated laminated base material after lamination is controlled at a desired specific amt. in the range of 30W80wt.% to the liquid resin impregnated laminated base material. Moreover, the degree of curing of said laminated base material is brought to such an extent that the sheet-like coating substance is peelable without any trouble from the surface of the laminated base material when the sheet-like coating substance is not adhered on the surface of the laminated base material.
