Abstract

PURPOSE:To shorten pouring time for molten metal and to prevent development of deteriorated product by starting ascending work of an injecting tip in the ascending process of injecting sleeve and reaching upper end surface of molten metal to opening part of the sleeve at almost the same time with fitting the sleeve into pouring hole. CONSTITUTION:A piston 9 is arranged in an injecting cylinder 5 to be swingable with a hinge-pin 4a, and the injecting tip 5 is fitted at tip of a plunger rod 10. The molten metal M is poured into the injecting device 3 under inclining condition, and the device 3 is stood. A lifting frame 6 is ascended with a controlling device 17 and also the plunger rod 10 is ascended at quicker than the frame 6 through a change valve 18. Then, the control device 17 adjusts the ascending speed of the rod 10 and the upper end surface of the molten metal M is reached to the opening part at upper and of the sleeve at almost the same time of fitting the sleeve 7 into the pouring hole 2 of the die. Therefore, the pouring time of the molten metal M is shortened and the development of the deteriorated product is prevented.
