Claims (1)
- 治具ケースの穴に臨んで取着したインターフエ
ース用嵌合フランジの中心導体を、この穴内に内
挿した筒状の誘電体サポートによつて支持させ、
治具ケース内に内装したマイクロ波ＩＣのリード
を前記中心導体に接続させるようにしたマイクロ
波ＩＣの検査治具において、前記中心導体先端と
マイクロ波ＩＣとの間の位置でかつ前記誘電体サ
ポートの周囲にリング状導体部を配設したことを
特徴とするＲＦ接続構造。
