形成された流体溜と、同流体溜に一端を接続され
て上記外板に沿い前後方向に延在する多数の流路
孔と、これらの流路孔の各他端に接続されるよう
に上記外周面よりも内側で上記外板に形成された
流体出口部とをそなえ、上記流体溜が、上記外板
において放射方向に穿設された連通路を介し上記
多数の流路孔の各一端に接続されていることを特
