Abstract

PURPOSE:To use a fine or flexible tube, by forming at least one of the first and second balloons so as not only to be closely adhered to the entire periphery of the inner wall of the body cavity at the time of inflation but also to be eccentric from a tube main body and arranging the same so that the leading end thereof turns toward the inner wall of the body cavity. CONSTITUTION:A catheter tube 1 has a tube main body 2 and the first balloon 3 is arranged to the tube main body 2 in the vicinity of the leading end part thereof while the second balloon 4 is arranged behind the first one and at least one lumen is formed to the tube main body 2. When the catheter tube 1 as an endoscope is inserted in a blood vessel 11 and inflated by sending a fluid into the balloon 4, the balloon 4 is closely adhered to the inner wall surface 12 of the blood vessel 11 to fix the catheter tube 1. When a fluid is sent into the first balloon 3 from the lumen 6 to inflate the same, the first balloon 3 arranged in an eccentric state is brought into contact with the inner wall surface 12 of the blood vessel and the tube main body is bent in the direction opposite to the inflating direction of the first balloon. Therefore, the tube leading end part can be certainly bent by a simple structure.
