のときは前記調節弁の開度を一定に保ち、所定値
以下のときはその値に応じて同調節弁の開度を一
定値より大きくする信号を出力する関数演算器と
、同関数演算器の出力に応じて前記調節弁を操作
する操作器とを具備してなることを特徴とする気
