Abstract

PURPOSE: To easily correct a delay of transmission in a low-pass filter by leaving the frequency characteristic of the low-pass filter in its transmission delay angle as previously stored in memory in a pulse-width-modulating signal generating means.
CONSTITUTION: An output from a current detecting means 5 is input to a pulse width modulating means 8 through a low-pass filter 6 and a waveform shaping means 7. The pulse width modulating means 8 is constituted of a microcomputer, previously storing in memory the frequency characteristic of the low-pass filter 6 in its transmission delay angle. Being based on this memorized data and an output of the waveform shaping means 7, a PWM signal is generated. On the basis of this PWM signal, a motor 4 is driven by controlling a semiconductor switch group 3.
