前記リターダ本体の作動時に作動油を前記作動油
循環油路を循環させ、非作動時に前記リターダ本
体内の作動油をオイル溜に排出させると共に、前
記オイルポンプから吐出される作動油を前記オイ
ルクーラを介して前記オイル溜に排出させる油路
切換手段を配設し、前記油圧調整切換手段は前記
リターダ本体の作動時に作動油の吐出圧を高圧側
に切り換え、非作動時に低圧側に切り換えること
