Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve operability upon setting a temperature, by a method wherein a set desired heating temperature is decided in which temperature band among a plurality of temperature bands the set temperature is and a predetermined heating pattern is selected in accordance with the decision. CONSTITUTION:A temperature key 5 is operated in an operating unit 8 to defrost a frozen food and a temperature setting knob 6 is operated to set the desired heating temperature To for defrosting.
