第１図はこの考案に係る合成樹脂製の自在キヤ
スターの実施例を示した断面図、第２図はキヤス
ター本体にインサート方式でメタルレースを一体
化させる射出成形用金型の一部を示した説明図、
第３図は従来の合成樹脂製自在キヤスターの例を
示した断面図、第４図は従来技術としてキヤスタ
ー本体の軸部へ別個に成形された冠状メタルレー
スを被せるところを示した部分説明図、第５図は
その被せた状態を示す部分拡大説明図である。
スターの実施例を示した断面図、第２図はキヤス
ター本体にインサート方式でメタルレースを一体
化させる射出成形用金型の一部を示した説明図、
第３図は従来の合成樹脂製自在キヤスターの例を
示した断面図、第４図は従来技術としてキヤスタ
ー本体の軸部へ別個に成形された冠状メタルレー
スを被せるところを示した部分説明図、第５図は

- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 台車等の移動体へ取り付ける合成樹脂製の取付
台２に、ベアリングボール１０，１０′を介して
車輪６支持用の合成樹脂製キヤスター本体５が回
転自在に組立てられている自在キヤスターにおい
て、 前記ベアリングボール１０，１０′の転動を案
内するボール溝９ａ，９ｂが形成されアンダーカ
ツト部９ｃを有するメタルレース９が、インサー
ト方式により取付台２又はキヤスター本体５へ一
体的に取付けられていることを特徴とする合成樹
脂製の自在キヤスター。
