に、その側枠内に密閉ケースをハンドルの回転に
よつて連動回転自在に支持し、且つその密閉ケー
ス内に、回転板を回転自在に支持し、その回転板
の軸とスプールとの間に両者間を断続するクラツ
チ機構を設けると共に、そのクラツチ機構は外部
より操作自在とし、回転板の径方向外側には間隔
をおいて環状の励磁コイルを密閉ケース内側面に
固着し、回転板と密閉ケースとの間の空隙に磁性
粉粒を装填せしめ、更に密閉ケースの外側には励
磁コイルと電気的に接続した電気接片を固着し、
その電気接片を、リード線を介して電流制御を行
なうコントロール部が接続された側枠内面の電気
接片に接触させ、密閉ケースの外側に磁石を接離
