Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce inductance by bending a resistor to minimize the radius of curvature and the interval of bends. CONSTITUTION:A resistor 1 consists of an alloy such as nickel-chrome. The resistor is bent at a section 1c in M or U-shape. The desired radius of curvature of bending sections 1c and 1d is less than 1.5mm, and the interval of the linear area of the resistor 1 is less than 1mm where an insulator 2 such as mica is interposed. Moreover, when M-shape bending is difficult due to resistor characteristics, the two resistors 3 and 4 and the U-shape resistor 5 are ohmic- welded at sections 6 and 7. In this way, the inductance of non-inductive resistance can be reduced to measure the current of a servo-motor, etc., correctly by bending the resistor and minimizing the radius of curvature of the bend and the interval, and thereby accurate speed control can be realized.
