The output signal of this converting means 4 is converted into the collated intermediate file 5 and collating intermediate file 6 which has the standard format and they are further inputted to a collating circuit 7 and collated with each other as prescribed. The result is outputted as a collating list 8. Thus, the logical simulation result of a digital circuit is collated as one independent system to reduce the load on a logical simulator and also all signals and all states are collated.
