A microcomputer-controlled automatic inkjet marking system that uses an inkjettor to print figures and characters on the surface of a moving target object with respect to a certain fixed nozzle headset. It is. Its features are: The nozzle head set includes a nozzle head unit and a solenoid valve, and the nozzle head unit includes multiple nozzle heads arranged vertically in a row on a target object, and individually bellows incremental pipes. and are connected to respective electromagnetic valves corresponding to the electromagnetic valve unit. Each electromagnetic valve is controlled by a signal generated by a microcomputer.
Proper opening and closing of the connecting passages to each nozzle head generates the ink dots required for the graphic matrix and character pattern. The dimensions and arrangement of the nozzle head unit and the nozzle heads above it are designed to allow for connection and expansion, with ample space between nozzle head connections. The ink supply device includes an ink storage tank, an ink container, and a liquid level alarm, and is connected to a high constant pressure air source to pressurize and propel the ink to the electromagnetic valve unit. Among them,
An ink outlet is provided on the bottom of the ink storage tank, and an ink inlet and an air inlet are provided in the top. It is a sealed container with a liquid level upper and lower limit detection switch installed inside, which sends a liquid level signal to a liquid level alarm. The ink outlet is connected to the electromagnetic valve unit of the nozzle head set by an ink lead pipe. Similarly, the ink inlet is connected to the ink outlet at the bottom of the ink tank through a lead pipe and an on-off valve. The air inlet is connected to a high constant pressure air source with a lead pipe.
When installing the ink tank, the bottom should be higher than the top of the ink storage tank. At the top of the ink tank, there is an ink inlet and a sealed cap.
Connect with high constant pressure air source. With the above, when both on-off valves are closed at the same time, the ink storage tank is isolated and ink can be supplied. As a result, ink can always be filled in the ink tank, and when both opening and closing valves are opened after ink is filled, the ink in the ink tank flows into the ink storage tank due to the difference in liquid level. Ink can be refilled and the ink jet process can be completed without interruption. The microcomputer control device includes a microcomputer, a drive circuit, and a detection device. The detection device uses a position sensor to detect the position of the target property waiting to be printed, and a shift sensor to measure the moving speed of the target property. The microcomputer edits and stores figures and characters, analyzes the dot matrix, and generates a drive signal based on the movement status of the target object detected by the detection device, and drives the electromagnetic valve unit through the drive circuit. This is the driving mechanism. 2. Scope of Utility Model Registration A system as described in claim 1, in which the nozzle head unit of the nozzle head set has a structure with a parallel thickness. A nozzle head is installed in a row parallel to the thickness direction on the front side. The nozzle head consists of a number of equally spaced nozzles and a nozzle plate, and is installed in the nozzle head unit body in front of the nozzle plate seat. The length of the nozzle plate matches the thickness of the nozzle head unit and corresponds to the upper nozzle spacing or a multiplier of the spacing. That is, the distance between the nozzles at both ends of the nozzle and the plate end is one half of the distance between the nozzles. It has a functional design that allows the same nozzle head unit to be connected and expanded. The nozzle plate and nozzle plate seat can be removed, making cleaning convenient. 3. System processing as described in Paragraph 2 of Claims for Utility Model Registration to display figures or other markings on the upright surface of a horizontally moving target object. A nozzle head unit is installed horizontally and the nozzles are arranged upright. There is a downwardly tapered lead groove on the nozzle plate below each nozzle, which serves to guide residual ink from each nozzle and prevent it from contaminating other nozzles. 4 Scope of Utility Model Registration Claims In a system as described in paragraph 1, the nozzle electromagnetic valve unit includes:
Ink is introduced into the distribution box from the ink inlet pipe and connected to the respective inlets of the electromagnetic valve unit. The distribution box has one exhaust pipe, which is used for exhaust during initial operation and for expansion connection with the same electromagnetic valve unit. The tip of the electromagnetic valve has a valve seat, a piston, and an ink chamber, and the main body includes a coil, a fixed frame, an ink amount adjustment pipe, a spring elasticity adjustment screw, etc. By adjusting the spring elasticity adjustment screw, you can change the movement distance of the piston by placing a screw between the ink volume adjustment pipe and the fixed frame, and the ink volume or reaction characteristics of the electromagnetic valve can be adjusted. be.
