スピンドルに巻付いた糸条がほどけてしまい、該
スピンドル上にパンチ巻きを形成すべき糸条の滞
留を妨害して所謂、「輪抜け現象」を惹起したり、
あるいは自動管替機の走行方向から見て上流側に
位置している隣接スピンドルとの間に絡み合つた
糸条の「橋かけ構造」を形成して当該スピンドル
への空ボビンの嵌入を妨害したりする。斯くして
形成された不完全なパンチ巻きならびに糸条の
「橋かけ構造」は、玉揚げ完了後、紡機を再起動
した際に、パンチ巻き不良あるいは空ボビンの嵌
装不良に起因する糸切れを多発させ紡機の運転効
率の向上ならびに最終製品たる糸条の品質向上を
著しく阻害する。

配設してなる、自動管替機の尻糸絡み紡糸装置を
要旨とするものである。

引抜き動作を与えるドツフイングロール3が、自
動管替機A・Dの走行方向Fに対して平行に配置
された枢軸9を介して回転自在に取付けられてお
り、また自動管替機A・Dの走行方向Fから見て
ドツフイングロール3の後方には、ドツフイング
された満管ボビン1の糸層8から引き出された糸
条6のスピンドル側切断端6′に叩き落し作用を
与えるビートホイール4が公知の動力伝達機構を
介して回転自在に取付けられている。一方、前記
ドツフイングロール3ならびにビートホイール4
の作動域には、ドツフイングされた満管ボビン1
から引き出された糸条6に切断動作を与えるバリ
カン型カツタ5が紡機のスピンドル列と略平行に
配設されている。該バリカン型カツタ5は、前記
枢軸9の基端部に回転自在に装着された円筒カム
10と、バリカン型カツタ5の本体側部に取付け
られたカム従動子(図示省略)との係合を利用し
て前後一対をなす切断刃5a,5bを相対的に往
復動させ、満管ボビン1とスピンドル2の間に懸
架された糸条6を切断刃5a,5bの噛み合い係
合により剪断し得るように構成されている。バリ
カン型カツタ5によつて切断された糸条6のスピ
ンドル側糸端6′は、自動管替機A・Dの走行に
伴ない、該バリカン型カツタの後方に位置するビ
ートホイール4のブレード4′によつてスピンド
ル2側に叩き落される。
