Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify a control constitution and to reduce power consumption by taking advantage of the power balance between energizing force of a spring member and attracting force of a permanent magnet controlled by an electromagnetic means, thereby operating shutter vanes. CONSTITUTION:When a shutter button is pressed, fluxes opposite to the permanent magnet 21 are generated to lower its attracting force FM. When it becomes lower than an attracting force FM2, the energizing force FS of the spring member 15 is greater; therefore an energizing force FS since the force becomes greater acts on a pin 13, a movable piece 19, in other words. The piece 19 turns in the opening direction of a shutter to open the shutter vanes 1 and 2. Due to the turn in the opening direction of the movable piece 19, the energizing force FS decreases so that it agrees with the attracting force FM. Because of force trying to balance the energizing force FS and the attracting force FM, the movable piece 19 turns in a position X in which the force FS becomes identical to an energizing force FSX equivalent to an attracting force FMX. Thus no feedback control is needed to reduce power consumption.
