Claims (1)
リーニング装置を備えた複写機の本体に、このク
リーニング装置により排出されたトナーを回収す
るトナー回収容器を取付けたトナー回収装置であ
つて、このトナー回収容器を上下方向に関して変
位可能に上記本体に取付けるとともに、上記本体
側に固定され、かつ上記トナー回収容器の少なく
とも一部位を支持するばね部材と、このトナー回
収容器と接触した状態において同トナー回収容器
を間欠的に持上げ、かつ持上げた後に瞬発的に開
放する移動手段とを備え、さらに、上記トナー回
収容器に所定量以上のトナーが回収された状態で
移動手段がトナー回収容器に接触するように、上
記ばねの弾性力、および移動手段とトナー回収容
器の相対位置を設定したことを特徴とするトナー
回収装置。 ２ トナー回収容器をその一端を中心として回動
