Thus, the voltage applied to the noninverting input of the operational amplifier 4 is not affected by the input offset voltage, and a threshold voltage +V1 is expressed as +V1=+[C1/(C1+C2)]E1, where +E1 is a positive maximum output voltage of the amplifier 4 and C1, C2 are capacitances of the capacitors C1, C2 respectively. On the other hand, the threshold voltage -V2 is expressed as -V2=-[C1/(C1+C2)]E2, where -E2 is a negative maximum output voltage of the amplifier 4. Thus, the threshold voltage is stably obtained.
