Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce power consumption by effectively dispersing generated heat by a method wherein a recess is provided in the center part of one surface of a flat core material, and a winding having an aperture, with which magnetic flux is concentrated, is attached opposing to the recess on the surface of the core material. CONSTITUTION:A recess 4, having almost semispherical shaped disc-like core material 2 consisting of ferrite and the like, and a guide groove 7, to be used to pick out to outside the inner lead wire 6 of a winding 3 which will be attached to a part of the circumference of the recess 4 toward the core material 2, are provided. Then, the winding 3 having a center aperture 5 is attached to the surface where the recess 4 of the core material 2 is provided. At this time, the center axis of the aperture 5 and the recess 4 is matched, and the lead wire 6 is led out to outside through the guide groove 7. Thus, a flat wind ing is provided on the flat core material, the generated heat is effectively dissi pated, the intensity of magnetic field is increased, and reliable overwrite opera tion can be accomplished.
