[Detailed description of the invention] [Industrial application field] This invention provides a concavo-convex portion that can engage with each other on the mating surfaces of the main body of the container and the lid, which are made of a synthetic resin material, so that the lid can be strongly secured. This invention relates to improvements in sealed containers.

Sealed containers are generally required to have a high degree of airtightness and easy attachment and detachment of the lid, but the conventional structure generally involves fitting packing etc. to the back of the lid and placing the lid on the main body of the container. Because they were bullet-fitted or screwed into the upper edge, they gradually lost their airtightness with repeated use, especially when the contents were liquid.
There was a considerable risk that it would leak during transportation or other handling.

On the other hand, bulge-like uneven portions of the same shape are formed alternately and vertically on the inner periphery of the upper edge of the container main body and on the lid side, and when the lid is closed, the uneven portions mesh with each other to engage the main body and the lid. Although such a sealed container is known (see Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 56-41154), such a structure does not allow for force acting in the vertical (gravity) direction, for example, when one of the lid or main body of the container is grasped and lifted. There is a risk that the lid will fall off due to lack of durability against the load of the stored contents, but on the other hand, if the stored contents are hardening materials such as paint, this may flow into the uneven portions and harden. However, there remain problems such as the need for a lot of effort to remove the lid.

In view of these circumstances, the present invention provides a sealed container in which concavo-convex portions that can engage with each other are continuously formed along the fitting surfaces of the container main body and the lid body, which are molded from a relatively hard synthetic resin material. , the inner circumferential surface of the upper edge of the main body is provided with a bulge-like uneven portion that is inclined at a certain angle with respect to the vertical direction, and the outer circumferential surface of the base of the lid body insertion portion is provided with an uneven portion that has the same shape and is inclined at the same angle as the uneven portion of the main body. All of the problems described above are solved by providing a sealed container in which uneven portions are formed, and protrusions that are in close contact with each other are provided in a ring below each of the uneven portions.

When the lid of the container is pressed, the concave and convex portions elastically slide along the inclination of the container, and engage with each other to firmly connect the lid to the container body. Each of the protrusions presses against each other to provide a sealed state through line contact.

Hereinafter, the structure of the present invention will be described in more detail based on the embodiment shown in the drawings. 1 is a container main body made of a relatively hard synthetic resin material, and 2 is a container formed continuously on the inner circumferential surface of the upper edge of the main body 1. A large number of bulging convex portions 2 which are uneven portions that are inclined at a certain angle with respect to the vertical direction.
By providing a, a concave portion 2b of the same shape as the convex portion is formed in the opposite direction between the convex portions, and 3 is a relatively wide protrusion ring provided below the concave and convex portions 2. be.

On the other hand, 4 is a lid body equipped with a fitting part 4',
An uneven part 5 having the same shape and the same inclination angle as the uneven part 2 of the main body 1 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the base of the fitting part, and when the lid is closed, each of the above-mentioned protrusions 2a, 5a and the recess 2
b and 5b can mesh with each other. Reference numeral 6 denotes a protrusion ring provided on the lower outer circumferential surface of the concavo-convex portion 5 of the lid, and is elastically in close contact with the protrusion 3 of the main body 1; This is a groove for inserting coins, etc., provided in between.

The inclination angle of the uneven portions 2, 5 is preferably preset to an angle at which the lid body 4 slides obliquely upward when twisted by a coin or the like when opening the lid, as described below, for example, about 20° with respect to the vertical direction as shown in FIG. 1.

In the above embodiment, the lid 4 is of an internal fitting type, but it goes without saying that a similar sealing effect can be obtained even if the lid structure is an external fitting type.

In the present sealed container according to the above structure, by inserting the fitting part 4' of the lid body into the container main body 1 and further pressing the top surface of the lid body directly downward, the sealing container provided on the main body 1 and the lid body 4 can be removed. The concavo-convex portions 2 and 5 elastically slide along their inclinations and mesh with each other to firmly engage the lid body 4 and the main body 1. At this point, the concavo-convex portions 2 and 5 are attached to the main body 1 and the lid body 4 in a circular manner. The provided protrusions 3 and 6 press against each other to achieve a sealed state through line contact, and the contents do not flow into the uneven portions 2 and 5 and solidify, making it easy to remove the lid 4. In addition, the container can be used repeatedly.

In addition, since the present invention has both the above-mentioned uneven parts 2 and 5 inclined at a certain angle, for example, when one of the lid or the main body of the container is grasped and lifted, the load of the contents will be reduced. Endurance that exceeds the acting force acting in the direction of gravity is obtained, and the lid 4 is reliably prevented from coming off. On the other hand, the lid body 4
When removing the lid, insert a screwdriver, coin, etc. into the insertion groove 7 formed between the lid body and the main body, and pry it in the direction of inclination of the uneven parts 2 and 5, and the uneven parts 2 that have been engaged with each other can be removed. , 5 slide along the inclination angle, and the lid 4 can be easily removed.

As described above, the sealed container of the present invention has the concavo-convex portion inclined in one direction at a certain angle, thereby blocking the acting force acting in the direction of gravity and reliably preventing the lid from coming off. The lid can be easily removed using the slot for inserting a coin or the like. Furthermore, since the protrusions are provided below the uneven portions and are in line contact with each other, the sealing performance of the container can be further improved, and the contents are blocked by the protrusions and flow into the uneven portions and solidify. Therefore, unlike conventional products, it is not difficult to remove the lid, and the container can be used repeatedly.

In addition, each member can be integrally molded without the hassle of fitting packing, and other excellent effects that could not be expected from conventional sealed containers of this type are exhibited.
