When the solid-liquid separation is completed, the filter plates 4 and the filter frames 6 are separated by the hydraulic jacks 5, and then the filter frames 6 are opened and the filter frames 6 are separated.
The solid matter remaining inside is taken out as a cake.

As a conventional method for regenerating the filter cloth function, after taking out the cake, a nozzle is placed facing the filter cloth surface, and a high-pressure cleaning fluid is jetted from the nozzle, and the jet pressure causes the cleaning fluid to adhere to the filter cloth surface. A method that removes the solid content is generally used.

<Problems to be Solved by the Invention> However, the above-mentioned embodiment in which the nozzle is made to face the filter cloth surface and the high-pressure fluid is jetted from the nozzle is not possible due to only the jet flow pressure of the cleaning liquid jetted from the nozzle. However, since the method attempts to remove solid matter adhering to the surface of the filter cloth, there is a problem in that complete regeneration of the filter cloth cannot be expected.

Furthermore, in the conventional method described above, since the ejection angle of the ejection nozzle is set, there is also the disadvantage that uneven removal of solid matter adhering to the filter cloth surface tends to occur near the ejection part.

In addition, in the above-mentioned conventional method, since the jet nozzles are fixed, a large number of jet nozzles must be provided when trying to cover the entire surface of the filter cloth, and in order to increase the jet flow pressure of each nozzle, it is difficult to The disadvantage was that it required an extremely large prime mover.

The purpose of the present invention is to solve the problems of the filter cloth cleaning device of a filter press based on the above-mentioned prior art, and to improve the cleaning efficiency by adding a mechanical cleaning operation to the filter cloth. It is an object of the present invention to provide an excellent filter cloth cleaning device for a filter press that is useful for the field of application of solid-liquid separation technology in various industries by increasing the degree of regeneration of solid-liquid separation and increasing the efficiency of solid-liquid separation work.

<Means/effects for solving the problems> In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the structure of the present invention, which is based on the above-mentioned claims, is such that filter plates are arranged alternately with filter plates on both sides. A cleaning fluid conduit connected to a displacement device and operating along the filter cloth surface is provided near the filter frame to which a filter cloth is attached, and the cleaning fluid conduit is further provided with a protruding shape that faces and abuts against the filter cloth surface. By connecting the elastic cleaning nozzle, when cleaning the filter cloth, the nozzle presses and slides against the filter cloth to mechanically scrape off deposits on the surface of the filter cloth, and at the same time, a high-pressure cleaning liquid is released from the nozzle. A technical measure has been taken to more reliably remove the clogged deposits on the filter cloth surface by ejecting the filter cloth.

When each of the filter cloths 10 is cleaned by the filter cloth cleaning device 8, the fixed cleaning liquid conduit 1
Pressurized cleaning liquid is introduced into the rod 12.
An air cylinder (not shown) provided at the end is driven, and the pressurized cleaning liquid is transferred from the fixed cleaning liquid conduit 14 to the swivel joint 13 and the movable cleaning liquid conduit 1.
4 to the jet nozzle 17 and is ejected from the tip of the jet nozzle 17. On the other hand, the driving force of the air cylinder is sent to the rod 12 through the link 16.
The movement of the rod 12 causes the movable cleaning liquid conduit 14 to swivel through the swivel joint 13, and the jet nozzle 1 connected to its tip.
7 is pressed and slid against the surface of the filter cloth 10.

That is, a cleaning liquid conduit connected to a displacement device and operating along the filter cloth surface is provided near a filter frame which is arranged alternately with the filter plates and has filter cloth attached to both sides, and furthermore, the cleaning liquid conduit is connected to a displacement device and operates along the filter cloth surface. An elastic cleaning nozzle which faces and abuts against the filter cloth surface is connected to the filter cloth surface, and when the filter cloth is cleaned, the nozzle presses and slides against the filter cloth surface and at the same time its tip moves and jets out high-pressure cleaning liquid. This provides an excellent effect in that solid matter adhering to the filter cloth surface can be removed more reliably.
