PURPOSE:To efficiently produce many kinds and small lot of products and to improve appearance quality by constituting bottom part of U-shape groove arranged at outer periphery of a rotary ring with the metallic mold and forming inner face and outer face of the groove at front of the metallic mold with ceramic layer. CONSTITUTION:The U-shape groove 5 of the rotary ring 1 is formed with the metallic mold 3 and also the inner face and the outer face of the groove at front of the metallic mold 3 are constituted with the ceramic layer 4. The ceramic layer 4 is formed with ceramic of oxide series or nitride series, or formed by thermal spraying, vapor deposition, CVD or PVD. By these constitutions, the production can be efficiently executed and the quality of the appearance can be improved.
