トを示す。 図中、１００はこの考案によるドライブトラン
ス、１０１は、１次コイル、１０２は２次コイル
、１０３はリセツトコイル、１０４はトランジス
タ９を駆動するコイル、２は電源、３はドライブ
トランジスタ、４はリセツトダイオード、５はＭ
ＯＳ ＦＥＴ、６はＭＯＳ ＦＥＴの入力容量、
７・８は抵抗、９はトランジスタ、１０・１１は
抵抗、１２はダイオードを示す。

  1. ドライブトランスを介し、主スイツチング素子
    を駆動するドライブ回路において、主スイツチン
    グ素子ターンオフの際、主スイツチング素子の入
    力容量とドライブトランス２次コイルとを電気的
    に切り離す回路と入力容量に貯えられた電荷を放
    出する回路を備えたことを特徴とするスイツチン
    グ素子ドライブ回路。
