り、このゲートが開口する成形面14はスライド
コアの移動方向に対し開き角θをつけてある。こ
の角度θは余り大きいとゲート13との角度が成
形に悪影響をおよぼす。成形材料にもよるが、た
とえばゲート13の開口径が0.7mmぐらいのもの
にあつてはθ=3゜〜5゜程度でよい。第5,6図に
おいて、成形後型開きの際、成形品16に付いた
ままのゲート残り17は、開き角θがあるので、
ゲートにより削り取られることなく成形品に付い
たままである。すなわちゲート残り17が型内に
落下することなくそのまま成形品16に付いた状
態で取り出せる。
