軸回りの回動により上記ギヤとラチエツトとの係
合位置を移動させるとともに、該ギヤとラチエツ
トとの係合によりパーキングブレーキ非作動時に
は倒伏位置に、パーキングブレーキ作動時には起
立位置にそれぞれ位置付けられるパーキングレバ
ーと、該パーキングレバーに付設され、上記ギヤ
とラチエツトとの係合を解除する係合解除機構と
を備えてなる車両のパーキングブレーキ構造にお
いて、上記パーキングレバーが上記起立位置にあ
るときには、上記係合解除機構によるギヤとラチ
エツトとの係合解除を規制する一方、パーキング
レバーが上記起立位置から所定量だけ上方に回動
したときに、上記係合解除機構によるギヤとラチ
エツトとの係合解除を許容する解除規制手段を備
えたことを特徴とする車両のパーキングブレーキ
