【特許請求の範囲】 1 並行対架する一対の無端チエーンコンベヤ相
互間の等間隔にクランクバーを掛渡し連結し、当
該クランクバーに円筒型回転吊篭を空転自在に一
体吊下げて各種処理槽内でその都度回転して順次
循回するクロスロツドコンベヤ式洗浄機におい
て、洗浄品を収容し蓋をした角型通いバスケツト
を同位置での洗滌開始搬入作業と洗滌終了搬出作
業に当りその都度回転位置決め固定された正姿勢
の前記回転吊篭内外に全自動で押送搬出入するこ
とにより前記洗浄品をも一括出し入れし、その後
別途前記バスケツト内から洗浄品を出し入れして
当該通いバスケツトを循環使用するようにしてな
る全自動クロスロツドコンベヤ式洗浄機およびそ
の操業法。 2 並行対架する一対の無端チエーンコンベヤ相
互間の等間隔にクランクバーを掛渡し連結し、当
該クランクバーに円筒型回転吊篭を空転自在に一
体吊下げて各種処理槽内でその都度回転して順次
循回する洗浄機本体と、当該洗浄機本体の単一の
搬出入セクシヨンと連結し当該搬出入セクシヨン
に到来都度回転位置決め固定された正姿勢の前記
回転吊篭内外に蓋をした角型通いバスケツトを押
送搬出入し、取出した当該通いバスケツトを洗浄
品取出しセクシヨンに搬送して前記蓋を開け通い
バスケツトから洗浄品を取出し空となつた通いバ
スケツトをただちに前記搬出入セクシヨンへ循環
使用自在に送り込む通いバスケツト自動連続搬出
入ラインとからなる全自動クロスロツドコンベヤ
式洗浄機。
