Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain a desired room temperature as necessary by controlling the start and stop of as many heat source apparatuses as required by the number of air conditioner terminal devices to be operated on a schedule preceding the operation schedule of the air conditioner terminal devices. CONSTITUTION:Everyday's starting and stopping hours with respect to air conditioner terminal devices 100-149 are set and stored in terminal device operation schedule storing means 1, and data stored therein are transmitted to heat source apparatus operation schedule producing means 2 and starting and stopping instruction means 3. First, computation of the operation schedule of the heat source apparatus is carried out and the operation schedule of the air conditioner terminal devices are read out and the total number of air conditioner terminal devices to be operated at specified fours is calculated. The number of heat source apparatuses to be operated corresponding thereto is computed, and the schedule thereof preceding, for example, 30 minutes to the operation schedule of the terminal devices. These schedules are stored in the air conditioning centralized control system 4, and instructions of starting and stopping are transmitted to air conditioner terminal devices 100-149 and heat source apparatuses 150-153.
