Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent bumping condition from occurring and also prevent an infrared sensor from staining by installing in a control part a judging means for a sudden rise in temp. judging whether there is a sudden rise in detected temp. with the infrared sensor or not and a finishing means for finishing heating control when the sudden rise in temp. is judged to exist. CONSTITUTION:When a knob 11 is operated, the warm temp. 50 deg.C of sake is stored at the memory TEMP. in the inside of a microcomputer 7. When a start key 12 is operated, the drive control of a microwave heating circuit 13 is started to begin the heating of the sake with microwaves and a counter TM for one second in the computer 7 is cleared and the up-count in the counter is started. The surface temp. T1 of the sake 15 being warmed at present is detected by using an infrared sensor 5. The present temp. T1 of the sake detected every one second is successively stored in a memory M0. From the temp. newly stored at the memory M0 and M10 the value of the temp. rise in 10 seconds is obtained and it is judged whether the temp. of the sake is raised suddenly or not. Then, when the detected temp. T1 reaches the temp. stored in the temp. memory TEMP, that is, 50 deg.C, the drive control of the circuit 13 is stopped.
