As shown in FIG. 1, a fluorescent lamp 2 mainly used for direct illumination is disposed on the lower surface of the main body 1, and
In a lighting fixture that has a structure in which an incandescent light bulb 3 mainly for indirect lighting is mounted on the top surface of the fixture body 1 and is used by being directly attached to the ceiling 4, the incandescent light bulb 3 used is one with a relatively small watt capacity. be done. This is because the installation space for the incandescent light bulb 3, which is formed between the top surface of the appliance body 1 and the ceiling 4, cannot be secured in practice. This is because there is a risk of burning. Therefore, although the incandescent light bulb 3 with a wattage capacity larger than the specified wattage capacity is displayed, it is indicated that the incandescent light bulb 3 with a larger watt capacity should not be used. There is a risk of installing an incandescent light bulb with a capacity higher than the specified wattage by ignoring this.

Incidentally, common incandescent light bulbs include an eggplant-shaped eggplant bulb 5 as shown in FIG. 2, and a spherical ball bulb 6 as shown in FIG. 3. Further, in the case of the eggplant bulb 5, the dimensions are the same regardless of the wattage capacity, and in the case of the ball bulb 6, the outer diameter is made larger as the wattage capacity increases.

When forming a lighting fixture with the above structure, a ball light bulb 6 with a small watt capacity and a small diameter is used as the incandescent light bulb 3, and the space between the top surface of the fixture body 1 and the ceiling 4 is filled with the ball. If the size is necessary and sufficient for attaching the light bulb 6, a ball light bulb 7 having a large outer diameter and a large wattage capacity as shown in FIG. 4 cannot be attached, and the above-mentioned problem will not occur.

However, even with this method, it is possible to install an eggplant bulb 5 instead of the ball bulb 6 as shown in FIG. Capacity types can also be installed. Therefore, when the eggplant bulb 5 with such a large wattage capacity is installed, the radiant heat of the eggplant bulb 5 not only has an adverse effect such as burning the ceiling 4 and causing discoloration and deterioration, but also damages the fluorescent lamp on the bottom of the fixture body 1. The radiant heat from the eggplant bulb 5 also reaches the ballast, changing the temperature characteristics of the ballast's winding temperature and having an adverse effect on the ballast's characteristics. The illuminance and balance of the lighting would be disrupted, making it impossible to obtain the desired light distribution characteristics.Furthermore, in order to cut out the direct light from the incandescent bulb 3, the synthetic resin light-shielding shade 8 provided on the outer periphery of the top surface of the fixture body 1 would not function as the incandescent bulb 3. The radiant heat of the eggplant bulb 5 may cause it to become deformed or discolored, and in the worst case, it may catch fire, which is dangerous.

Therefore, there is no risk of accidentally or intentionally installing a light bulb with a wattage capacity higher than the specified value, and the radiant heat emitted by the ball light bulb will not be excessive, so there will be no chance of scorching, discoloring, or deteriorating the ceiling surface. In addition, it does not adversely affect the fluorescent lamp on the bottom of the fixture body, and the desired light distribution characteristics based on the design concept can be maintained without disrupting the balance between the light intensity of the ball bulb and the fluorescent lamp. Even if a light shielding shade made of synthetic resin is provided surrounding the light bulb, this light shielding shade is safe because it is not subject to excessive heat and there is no risk of deformation, deterioration, or fire.
