- 光学的回折パターンの変化に基づき制御目標か
らのずれ量に応じてほぼ線形的に変化するトラツ
キングエラー信号を発生するトラツキングエラー
信号発生手段と、予め設定された設定電圧を前記
トラツキングエラー信号発生手段から出力された
トラツキングエラー信号に基づいて選択する選択
手段とを備え、前記選択手段により選択された設
定電圧をトラツキングエラー制御用の信号とした
ことを特徴とする光ピツクアツプのトラツキング
