量調節レンズ、７はカメラ支持レール、８は移動
用タイヤ、９はステツピングモータ、１０は表示
部、１１は画像処理部、１２は制御部、１３はセ
ツトスイツチ、１４はスタートスイツチ、１５は
キーボード、１６は制御盤である。なお各図中同
一符号は同一または相当部分を示す。

処理し、スロツトの位置及び大きさを計算する画
像処理部と、上記画像処理部で得られたスロツト
の位置及び大きさ情報を表示する表示部と、上記
スロツトアレイアンテナのスロツトを撮影するカ
メラの撮影開始と撮影終了を制御する機能、上記
ステツピングモータを駆動させるためのパルスを
発生させる機能、上記カメラに適切な画像で撮影
させるために必要な光量を供給するライトの点灯
を制御する機能および上記画像処理部で行なわれ
る画像処理の計算を制御する機能とを有する制御
部と、上記カメラを撮影開始位置に移動させる信
号を上記制御部へ送るためのセツトスイツチと、
上記カメラによりスロツトアレイアンテナのスロ
ツトの撮影を開始し、上記カメラの移動を開始さ
せる信号を上記制御部へ送るためのスタートスイ
ツチと、上記スロツトアレイアンテナの長さや幅
の寸法などのデータを上記制御部へ入力するため
の入力手段とを備えたことを特徴とする寸法検査
