２は支持板、２０は軸受部材、２２は凹形軸受面
、２３，２４はそれぞれ軸受部材の半径方向中央
部、外周部、２５は半径方向すきま、２６は軸方
向すきま、３０は軸体、３２は凸形面、３３は動
圧発生用のみぞ、３５はボール、４０は潤滑油で
ある。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 潤滑油が収容されたハウジングの円筒状孔
    内に、上面に凹球面状の凹形軸受面を有する軸受
    部材をハウジングとの間に適宜の半径方向すきま
    を隔てて配設し、軸体の軸端部に設けられた凸球
    面状の凸形面を前記軸受部材の凹形軸受面に対向
    させ、凸形面と凹形軸受面との少なくとも一方に
    動圧発生用のみぞを設けてなる流体軸受装置にお
    いて、前記軸受部材の半径方向中央部の底面を３
    ０〜２００μｍの軸方向すきまを隔ててハウジン
    グと対向させ、前記軸受部材の半径方向外周部の
    底面をボールを介してハウジングによつて支持し
    たことを特徴とする流体軸受装置。 (2) 軸受部材の外周面とハウジングの内周面と
    の間の半径方向のすきまが０．５〜１mmである実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の流体軸受装置
    。 (3) 軸受部材は外周部における軸方向の肉厚が
    軸受面近傍における軸方向の肉厚よりも薄く加工
    されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項または
    第２項記載の流体軸受装置。
