ると共に摩擦体の設けられた箇所の近傍において
筒状部の下面に水抜き孔を開口し、ヘツド部の基
部にヘツド部を筒状部に取り付けた時に筒状部の
先端部外周を包むカバー部を設けて成る水栓装置
