Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 検出した一定の温度により断電する制御手段
を備えた加熱定着装置の外側に、加熱定着装置を
囲み、開口部を有する枠体を設け、加熱定着装置
の温度が予め設定した温度に昇温したとき上記枠
体の開口部を閉じるシヤツター手段を設けたこと
を特徴とした加熱定着装置。 ２ 上記シヤツター手段を閉じるときの温度が、
断電する上記制御手段が作動する以前であること
を特徴とした実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記
載の加熱定着装置。 ３ 上記シヤツター手段は温度に応じて変形する
形状記憶合金を有している実用新案登録請求の範
囲第１項又は第２項に記載の加熱定着装置。
