Traditionally, mochi contains water, so if it is left on display as an offering for a long time, such as kagami mochi, the moisture in the packaging container will cause mold to grow on the mochi, making it impossible to eat. In addition, such decorated offerings are often discarded without being edible, but using mochi would result in an expensive item, so there was a desire for something low-priced that could only be used as an offering.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a method for packaging solidified powder in a mirror-like shape that does not grow mold or discolor for a long period of time and can be used as an inexpensive offering. The purpose is to

The outline of the present invention for achieving the above object is to mold powder into an arbitrary shape and place the powder on a thermoplastic synthetic resin thin plate such as a synthetic resin film provided with a plurality of air suction holes. , a synthetic resin film is disposed above the powder, and while the synthetic resin film is melted, air is sucked downward to wrap the surface of the molded powder with the synthetic resin film, and the molded powder is wrapped in an arbitrary shape. This allows the solidified powder to be packaged in a simple manner.

1 is a pair of vertically divided molds on the left and right, which form the inner shape into a mirror-like shape. The formwork 1 is joined together and sugar 2 is filled in the form of powder from above, and the filled sugar 2 is pressed by a pressing tool (not shown) to form a mirror-like shape. Then, the mold 1 is divided, and the mirror-shaped sugar mold 2A is taken out and placed on the lid film 3 facing forward. This lid film 3 uses a thermoplastic synthetic resin thin plate such as polyethylene film or plastic film, and allows air to flow through it, but sugar 2
A plurality of small holes 4 are provided to the extent that particles cannot pass therethrough. Further, this lidding film 3 is placed on a mesh-like pedestal 5 through which air can circulate.

Next, while the container film 6 is melted by a heating device (not shown), the air suction device 7 disposed below the pedestal 5 is activated.
Air near A is sucked downward and flows further through the small holes 4 to the pedestal 5 through the particles of the sugar mold 2A, so that the molten film 6 covers and packages the sugar mold 2A. Then, when the heating device and the suction device 7 are stopped, the coated film 6 is cooled and becomes a mirror-like container 6A. At this time, the melted film 6 is welded to the lid film 3.

In this way, since the sugar mold 2A formed into a mirror-like shape is coated with the molten film 6 while being sucked, it can be easily packaged in accordance with the external shape of the sugar mold 2A.

Sugar is white and does not grow mold or change color even if it gets mixed with water, so if it is wrapped and shaped into a kagami-komi, it is as good as kagami-jyo, which uses externally shaped kagami-jyo. Therefore, it can be left as an offering for a long time. Furthermore, even if it is no longer used as an offering, it does not change color or fade, so it can be used as sugar as is. Furthermore, since sugar is significantly cheaper than rice cakes, it is possible to provide offerings as garnishes at low prices.

Although one embodiment of the present invention has been described above in detail, it can be modified as appropriate within the scope of the gist of the present invention. For example, powder other than sugar can be used as long as it is white. Further, the solidified shape is not limited to the mirror-like shape.

As detailed above, according to the present invention, powder is formed into an arbitrary shape, and this powder is placed on a thermoplastic synthetic resin thin plate such as a synthetic resin film provided with a plurality of air suction holes. A synthetic resin film was disposed above the powder, and while the synthetic resin film was melted, air was sucked downward to wrap the surface of the molded powder with the synthetic resin film.
It can be packaged according to the external shape of the molded powder. If sugar is used as the powder and formed into a kagami-shape, it can be displayed as an offering for a long period of time, and can also be used as sugar afterwards.
Therefore, it is possible to provide kagami-mochi using sugar that has good storage stability, good appearance, and is inexpensive.
