サーマルヘツドを用いて、その多数の単位発熱体
を選択的に発熱させて熱的に画像の記録を行うも
のにおいて、前記各単位発熱体に接続され画像信
号の内容に応じてこれらに駆動パルスを供給する
ドライバ回路と、前記各単位発熱体の発熱動作の
タイミングを図るためにドライバ回路にストロー
ブ信号を供給するストローブ線とを有し、このス
トローブ線は複数設けられ、互いに隣接する単位
発熱体に対しては、異なるストローブ線により異
なるタイミングでストローブ信号が供給されるよ
う構成されていることを特徴とするサーマルヘツ
