Recently, there has been an increasing demand for smaller, thinner, and lower-priced crystal watches, and there is a need for converters to have the same characteristics as before, but with a structure that is suitable for small size, thinness, and low cost. Among the component parts of the machine, the coil is the most problematic in achieving compactness, thinness, and low cost.
Conventional coils have a winding core made of magnetic material, and a protective tape is wrapped around the coil winding part to prevent the core from colliding with the winding core, and winding frames are attached to both sides.
Alternatively, a frame in which the winding frame and the winding part protection part are integrated is attached, and a member made of a flexible printed circuit board having a coil terminal processing pattern is glued around the coil fixing part, and the winding After winding the winding part, the terminal was soldered to the processing pattern. However, since the structure is complex and the number of parts is large, the number of assembly steps increases, and therefore it is impossible to achieve low costs. In addition, the coil has winding frames on both sides, and The current thickness of the protective part is a major hindrance when manufacturing a coil by making the most of the limited area, and is therefore an important hindrance in achieving miniaturization and thinning. It has disadvantages such as becoming a factor.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below based on the drawings.
In FIGS. 1 and 2, 1 is a coil winding core made of a magnetic material that integrally has a winding part 1a, a fixing part 1b, and a stopper hole 5. An insulating material is applied to extend to the upper surface of the fixed portion 1b to form a protective film 2. Further, on the protective film 2 of the fixed portion 1b, a wiring pattern 3 for coil terminal processing is formed by printing a conductive material or the like.

4 is a coil whose terminal 4a is soldered to the wiring pattern 3, and if the wire used is a cent wire, it is cured by fusion, or if it is a normal wire, it is hardened by using an impregnating agent. Since it maintains a constant shape, so-called winding frames, which are conventionally attached to both sides of the winding portion 1a, are no longer necessary. Since the protective film 2 of the winding part 1a and the fixed part 1b is common in this way, productivity is improved, and since there is no winding frame and the protective film 2 can be made thin, the coil 4 can be wound efficiently. It will be possible.

Next, the manufacturing method of the present invention will be explained step by step with reference to FIGS. 3, 4, and 5. In FIG. 3, 6 is a jig plate having guide pins 7. The fixing holes 5 of the coil winding core 1 are set in alignment with the guide pins 7, and then a screen 8 having a shape shown by dotted lines is aligned and printing is performed using an insulating material. In this case, the winding part 1a
Since the corresponding screen 8 is slightly wider than the width of the winding part 1a, the insulating material to be printed will flow into the side surface of the winding part 1a.

Next, the coil winding core 1 is reversed, the screen 8 is replaced, and only the winding portion 1a is printed and dried.
The protective film 2 is completed as shown in the figure.

Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the wiring pattern 3 can be created by combining a screen (not shown) having the same shape as the wiring pattern 3 and printing a conductive material. The coil winding core 1 on which the protective film 2 and the wiring pattern 3 have been printed in this way is wound into a coil using a winding jig as shown in FIG. This winding jig is made of resin that can withstand high temperatures, and is fitted with a stop shaft 9 having a recess 9a similar to the fixing part 1b of the coil winding core 1, and a protrusion 10a of a stop plate 10 made of the same material. Penetrates the stopper hole 5 of the coil winding core 1,
By pushing into the fixing hole 9b made in the stop shaft 9, the stop shaft 9, coil winding core 1, and stop plate 10 are integrated, and do not separate during winding.

is installed. In this state, when fixed to the winding machine as described above, the stop shaft 9 and the stop plate 10,
11 and 12 will serve as coil winding frames, and if cement wire is used as shown by the dotted line, after creating coil 4, remove it from the winding machine and place it together with the winding jig in a drying oven. After the coils are fused and integrated, the stop plates 10 and 1 are attached.
1, 12 and the locking shaft 9, Figures 1 and 2 are shown.
The coil shown in the figure will be completed.

It is clear that if a cement wire is not used and a normal wire that cannot be fused is used, an impregnating agent such as an impregnating varnish can be applied and the same process can be followed.

As described above, according to the present invention, there is no need for a winding frame, and the member for coil end treatment can be printed and formed integrally with the protective film on the winding portion of the coil winding core, reducing the number of parts. The wiring pattern is created by printing, and therefore a large number of wiring patterns can be printed using a jig, so rationalization can be achieved and costs can be reduced.

On the other hand, by not using a winding frame and by making the protective film very thin, the area on which the coil can be wound can be increased compared to conventional methods.
This has effects such as making it possible to make the coil smaller and thinner than before.
