テムにおいて、カード利用端末装置にカードが挿
入されたときカードの発行番号をカード精算機に
送信する手段と、カード精算機では端末装置から
送信されたカードの発行番号の照合を行い、照合
結果をカード利用端末装置に送信する手段とを備
えたことを特徴とする前払い式カード販売システ
