巻き取り量を検出する巻取量検出手段と、前記巻
取側ロールを回転駆動するモータと、前記巻取量
検出手段の出力する検出信号を受け入れて前記モ
ータを制御する制御回路とからなり、この制御回
路は、前記モータの巻き取り力を、前記巻取量検
出手段の検出した巻取側ロールの巻き取り量の増
大に対応させて漸増させ、前記薄膜体の巻き取り
張力を一定に保つように制御することを特徴とす
