Claims (1)
角三角形断面を有する鋼くさびを、前記の辺Ｂの
長さに相当する巾と、くさびの幅に相当する厚さ
とを有する短冊状の鋼板材料よりその両側縁が交
互に辺Ａに一致するようにガス切断により切断し
て製作する鋼くさび製造装置において、前記材料
を長手方向に自重で搬送する傾斜ローラコンベア
と、該コンベア上を降下する材料の一端を衝当て
て停止させるストツパと、該ストツパに当接して
停止した材料の一方の側縁のストツパ側の端を、
くさびの断面の三角形の斜辺と辺Ａとの交点とし
て、斜辺、辺Ｂ、辺Ａ、の順に三角形の周囲に沿
つてガス切断トーチの指向点を移動させる手段と
、上記トーチの指向点が上記三角形の斜辺と辺Ｂ
とに沿つて移動する時にガス切断を行なうように
制御する手段とを有することを特徴とする鋼くさ
