した後、該セラミツク基板10の凹部18に圧電
振動素子1を挿入し、該セラミツク基板10の切
り込み14でコンデンサの対向電極12,13と
該圧電振動子1の電極を接続させた後、該セラミ
ツク基板10と同形の他のセラミツク基板16と
重ね合わせて封着してなることを特徴とする圧電
振動子。
