案のバンドヒーターを使用した電気湯沸し器の中
央縦断面図である。 ３……上板、５……芯マイカ板、６，７……電
熱線、８，９……脇マイカ板、１０……下板、１
１……延長部、１４……アルミニウム板。

Claims (1)
- 電熱線６，７を巻回した芯マイカ板５の両面に
それぞれ脇マイカ板８，９を配設し、該脇マイカ
板８，９の外面にはそれぞれ鉄製の上板３及び下
板１０を配設し、当該下板１０の外面にアルミニ
ウム板１４を配設すると共に、該アルミニウム板
１４の両縁を屈曲して前記芯マイカ板５、両脇マ
イカ板８，９、下板１０及び上板３を抱持し、前
記上板３の両端を延長すると共に、前記下板１０
の両端を前記上板３の延長部１１に係止してなる
ことを特徴とする、バンドヒーター。
