の断面を示す。これから分るように合板1に連通
部2を残してミシン目状にスリツトを透彫し、該
スリツトに嵌合される切断刃3には該連通部2を
跨ぎ得るように門形の切込4が刃先5と反対側辺
から形成されている。この切断刃3の切込4が形
成された部分の幅Wは狹くなると打抜時に加わる
荷重によつてたわみが生じてシート切断不良が起
きることからたわみが生じないような幅を確保し
連通部2の表面にその幅W部分の一部が埋る溝6
を形成したものである。
