ーザチツプは中空に形成され、かつ、該中空部が
前記レーザ光の導入側から放出側に向つて順次細
くなるテーパ状に形成され、該レーザチツプに導
入されたレーザ光の一部が前記テーパ状部で反射
されて該レーザチツプより放出されることを特徴
とするレーザチツプ。 (2) 前記レーザチツプには該レーザチツプの中
空部と外側部とを連通する孔が設けられているこ
とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項
