付けるようにし、前記レバー装置は取付枠１２に
固定された支持軸１３に前後回転可能な回動環１
５を設け、この回動環１５には支持ブラケツト１
６を介して操作レバー１７を左右揺動可能に設け
、前記支持ブラケツト１６の側方には張出部１８
を形成し、この張出部１８には操作レバー１７を
一方向に付勢するスプリング１９を設けるととも
に前後方向に延びた張出ブラケツト２０を設け、
前記張出ブラケツト２０の先部には左右方向に延
びた回動軸２６を回転可能に設け、この回動軸２
