記ステム上端に筒状ピストン３を嵌着させると共
に、上記ヘツド４からはノズル孔と連通するシリ
ンダ６を垂下させておき、該シリンダ下部内へ上
記筒状ピストン３を、上下動自在にかつ該ピスト
ンに対して上記ヘツドを上方へ付勢させて嵌合さ
