張させた状態で停止させるリール制動機構と、 実質上テープ走行停止後に、該磁気テープを案
内しているガイド部材を、テープパスの長さが早
送り及び巻戻しモード時のテープパスより若干短
くなるように移動させるガイド部材移動機構とを
